GEB 4113 - Entrepreneurship
EIN 4328- Technology Entrepreneurship
These two cross-listed courses serve as an introduction to the general theories, principles, concepts and practices of entrepreneurship. Developing feasibility analyses for business plans. Heavy emphasis on lecture, readings, case studies and group projects.

GEB 4110 - Business Plan Development
EIN 4441 - Engineering Business Plan Development
These two cross-listed courses takes students through the process of initiating a business venture. Provides students with the tools to develop a new business, evaluate business models and analyze entrepreneurial issues.
Prerequisite: GEB 4113 or EIN 4328.

GEB 4117 - Product & Service Development
To develop an understanding of product development phases, and experience working in teams to design and construct high-quality product prototypes.

HFT 4292C - Entrepreneurship in Hospitality & Tourism
This course is designed to give students an overview of all the major areas that must be considered when analyzing, designing, and planning a new business venture or an acquisition of an existing business. Models involving the hospitality and tourism industries will be used.

MAN 4802 - Small Business Management
The organization and operation of the small business: accounting, finance, production, and marketing subsystems. The use of analytical approach. Problems of manpower management and information flow. Possible use of EDP, case studies.
Prerequisite: MAN 3025.

MAN 4864 - Family Business
Addresses the special issues facing family-owned and managed firms and gives an appreciation for the special dynamics in such firms and how to be professional managers in such organizations.

AMH 4373 - Entrepreneurs in the United States
Focusing on entrepreneurism, course covers American ideals (capitalism, individualism, upward mobility, the free market, independence) in historical context. Examines why these ideals have changed, colonial era to the present.
