Sanchez has worked as CEO, private investor, board member,
and advisor to many large and small companies in a variety
of industries ranging from services to technology and manufacturing.
He is currently President and CEO of L.I.C. Capital LLC,
a private investment firm dedicated to investing, acquiring
and advising small high-growth companies and start ups.
During his career Mr. Sanchez has occupied
the position of CEO of Atento Holdings Inc., a leading
global CRM Services company with operations in the US and
14 countries, where he guide the company to the position
of fifth largest global company in the industry, growing
revenues from $300 million to over $500 million. Before
Atento, he worked for H.I.G. Capital in Miami, a successful
middle-market
private equity and venture capital firm that
acquired over 40 companies with combined revenues of more
than $4 billion. Before working at H.I.G. Capital, Sanchez
accumulated substantial experience advising both medium-sized
and Fortune 500 firms in a variety of industries, having
worked several years at Bain & Company, one of the
world’s
leading strategy consulting firms, focusing on the areas
of private equity investing, technology, strategy and M&A.
Sanchez started his career with Price Waterhouse providing
financial and M&A advisory.
Sanchez earned an MBA from the Harvard
Business School and a Bachelor in Business Administration
Degree from Universidad Andres Bello in Caracas, Venezuela.
He is involved with several non-profit organizations and
start-ups in Miami.
